Given the Copyrights Office recent ruling that anything generated primarily through prompts is not copyrightable.

What, if any, IP does a Company or Individual hold over the source code of an App generated primarily by prompting AI?

Magicians and stand up comics enforce something akin to "Intellectual Property" without formal copyright. Perhaps we could start there to keep valuable AI outputs proprietary.
I suppose they could copyright the prompts.
