AI generated code is incompatible with the GPL?

Given a company or individual cannot hold copyright of the source code output of an llm. And given the GPL requires that the author hold the copyright to the source code [1].

If AI generated code finds it's way into the linux kernel or any linux distribution does that invalidate the GPL license?
