Show HN: I built a local audio capture, transcription, AI meeting notes system (panotti.io)

I wrote Panotti so that businesses and individuals can process their audio, online meetings, completely on their own machines - without paying any sort of subscription or leaking any data to a 3rd party.

The backend server is Open Source, which allows anybody to contribute their own plugins to create a workflow that works for their needs, without a gatekeeper or ongoing fees.

Works with all online meeting software - Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Slack, Skype.
