Diffraction grating man ... they're just something else.

But for real, that demo at the end is just ... Pwhaaa! Wow! what a great demo, maybe one of the bet I've ever seen. I actually went and got out some polarized sunglasses to do it myself, and yeah, it replicates. So cool!

That was the second time a simple physics experiment blew my mind after I understood it. The double slit experiment was the first one.
