I'm a C/C++ application developer from India currently maintaining a legacy codebase. After a few years in this role, I feel stuck and unfulfilled with few opportunities to grow. This isn't just affecting my professional life - I'm at a crossroads and feeling lost about my direction both in my career and life overall.

  - Should I learn Rust? But there seem to be fewer open positions comparatively.
  - How can I find remote work opportunities since C++ has limited remote positions?
  - Is grinding LeetCode worth it for FAANG opportunities?
  - Should I pivot to web development?
  - What other career paths should I consider?
  - How do I break out of this stagnation?

I'm looking for guidance from someone with more wisdom and life experience than me. Thanks in advance.

One shouldn't confuse their career with their calling or their life path, that's for sure. Before jumping to any conclusions, make sure you ask yourself the right questions.
