I live in Florida where your free speech rights are interesting already (https://www.aclufl.org/en/know-your-rights/demonstrations-an...). You don't have to fully outlaw it to curtail it.

I don't believe he has been charged with anything. It feels like we are slipping away from the rule of law governing our governors.
