Are there any better/cheaper workstations like this? (mwelab.com)

Linked version is the standard version, which I imagine as a quite comfortable and ideal working enviroment, and costs about 6k USD. Luxury version costs about 50k USD which is not really affordable:

Anyone working with something like that? If so, can you recommend it from an ergonomical perspective?
