Their mission statement was pretty clear since they started in Seattle, they just cut costs relentlessly until they literally got rid of the of the chairs and outlets.
Brian Nicol the CEO had the audacity to use the term "Imagine" to make it seem like it's his idea. Clearly his pathetic useless fake dumb butt read my posts I tagged Starbucks in on social media raving about why I switched to Crave Cafe locations years ago when I ditched Starbucks before 2020. I included that fact that Crave gives free refills on coffee and tea without having to use an app, has warm lighting, warm air temperatures, full kitchen menu, plenty of outlets, televisions, free ice water you pour yourself, open until midnight and later.
