One hour one startup is ready use AI – Here's My Weekend Hack to Find a Good One

Every hour with AI, I’ve got a new startup ready to roll. For real. But half the time, I hate it when it’s done, and nobody’s gonna use it.

So here’s my thread-style plan to sort it out this weekend:

- *Let’s Find Good Ideas* - Ask Grok: “Give me 3 startup ideas some indie hacker like Marc Lou would build.” - Takes a sec, pick the one you vibe with.

- *Don’t Build It Yet!* - Throw up a waitlist instead—I use http://waitfast.netlify.app to whip one up fast. - Customize it—logo, branding, whatever. [(Hit my X thread below if you wanna see how I do it in seconds.)](https://x.com/Sayyidalijufri/status/1901199779813818534)

- *Time for X* - Post the waitlist link on X. - Check feedback, see who signs up. - If tons of people jump in, build it with AI. If not, move on.

That’s it. Quick, dirty, and you’re not stuck coding a dud. Last time, one got mad signups, another flopped—guess which I’m keeping?
