I noticed now that i have been hellbaned. How to get unbanned?

My main account is 800+ days old and i have not been a lot active on site mostly lurking. But today i wanted to help somebody by pasting link here http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4338681

But i noticed that my link is not visible from another browser. I do not know why but i have been hellbaned.
