Ask HN: Anyone switching to security due to LLMs?

Just curious if any developers are considering switching over to InfoSec considering the increase in code that is being generated by LLMs. It occurred to me theres probably going to be a bigger need in light of everything.

Something I've considered for a while, it's a field of complementary skills but a different mindset. I'm not sure I want to work in the world of compliance reporting and audits.

security is an incredibly broad domain. there's so much more than GRC (compliance and auditing).
