The reason for submitting this article was to highlight the fact that big companies are able to buy themselves regulatory favors from this administration. This is very, very problematic for startups.
I would argue it’s much worse that this. It’s one of the biggest law firms submitting to the administration. Either out of fear or opportunity, it leaves very little hope for the American republic.
