Young people are fleeing broken Britain in droves (telegraph.co.uk)

My sibling just moved from Toronto to London, England. "The trains just work - and they refund you if there are delays!". I guess everybody gets fed up with their home city/country eventually.

Hasn't the UK's policy for the last few decades been "if you're here already, screw you; if not, welcome!"...

So it's only news if that policy were NOT having it's intended effect
