Collecting feedback via waitlists is broken - here's my fix

I built WaitlistGui.de after struggling to collect meaningful, actionable feedback from early adopters during my past launches. Traditional waitlists only collect emails but don’t offer enough insight to truly validate an idea so I decided to fix that.
