What would a social jobs board be like?

Thinking of building the next generation jobs board because the ones of today really suck. I'm thinking something along the lines of Facebook meets Google Maps for Resumes and Job Seeking where employers and job seekers can connect in real time. Just want your input please. Great idea, or terrible excuse for a website.
