This coincides with Microsoft's presence[0] at Distributech 2025[1] earlier this week - an expo attended by ~20,000 people from electric utilities and vendors who do business with them. Microsoft was there in addition to Amazon AWS, Oracle, and NVIDIA[2], all of whom are likely trying to strike deals to power their datacenters.
