Not only does this strike me as pure BS from an analytical/scientific POV, it's also just troubling that they expect anyone to be okay with something as insane as this - especially since they keep talking about "valuing privacy and fairness for every applicant" ([2], under "Automated Decision Making & Fairness") ("No hidden biases, no guesswork").
