Show HN: AI Job Matching Tool to help in this difficult job market (workweave.replit.app)

Hey all - built this AI job matching tool on the side (am somewhat technical but used Cursor and Replit to get an MVP going). Was laid off and have been having a tough time finding jobs (honestly the job market is so difficult right now and applying to jobs is a crap shoot)

Here is how it works:

--Recruiters can post a job similar to other job boards. The AI agent operating underneath the hood analyzes the job description and other specifications.

--Afterwards, the agent goes through the database of candidates to find the best fit for each job by analyzing each applicant's previous experience and future job preferences (e.g., level, role, location, salary, etc.), assigning them a score of 0-100%.

--The agent then presents recruiters a stream of higher qualified candidates with match scores above 80% for each job posted that they can swipe "interested" or "not interested." Candidates also get a stream of jobs that they are 80%+ matches for.

--Once a match occurs, recruiters can sync their calendars and candidates can choose a time to chat about the role (basically get a 1st round interview).

This is still in beta, so would love to get feedback. Here is a demo of what it would look like

Why do you need users to register before peeking at the available jobs? Why do users have to risk giving all their information before even reading about what is possible? Just because you can have AI code it, it is not an excuse for bad marketing. Please ask your AI sources about what are common ways that people are willing to try and sign up for new products. Or do some old fashioned research.
