Tell AXS: I am not a bot

I wanted to buy some concert tickets, AXS thinks I am a bot. There seems to be no resolution other than to call customer service during limited business hours.

usage of a different device/browser, neigbors wifi and device (in case your side is the problem), don't work either?
What’s your browsers user agent and what plugins and extensions do you have?
