I confess I didn't read the majority of it (why would I?), but I'm guessing his thesis is that (supply side) Jesus is enough.
I read it. Honestly, I'm not at all sure what point he was trying to make.
So weak! No mention at all of the elephant in the room eg. resources- and cheap-energy depletion as a driving factor. Instead of thinking outside the box and looking at the physical world, Peter chooses to ramble on in the aquarium of his higher-ed teachers' thoughts with gigantic blinders and pretentious wordage. Embarassing. Finally, the completely unnecessary swipe at Yoga kind of gives the game away: this is unserious, unearned authority sitting at the center of a large halo-effect made of money.
