Windows 10 KB5055518 removes seconds from clock (windowslatest.com)

So they can get to claim they made Windows 11 "better" when they add this feature back, hoping to persuade people into "upgrading" --- maybe they think their userbase has the memory of a goldfish.

It's either that, or just the usual designers-gone-wild again.
