This is cool! I also use my "Daily Notes" in Obsidian as a way to bookmark things I want to revisit. I never thought about the fact that it could be the source of a "link list"-style blog.
How complex is your link-saving Shortcut? I store my Obsidian vault in iCloud, and because of that I've been able to use the excellent Bebop⁽¹⁾ app as a very quick and easy way to append to my Daily Note to save a URL, add a note, etc. via the Sharesheet.
