Is Green Power/Net Zero to Blame for Spain Blackout Chaos? (dailymail.co.uk)

I am in Barcelona, right now (I arrived on Saturday 26th). The official causes - at least for now - are "extreme temperature variations in Central Spain".

Barcelona is not very Central, but weather here was perfectly normal so I'd like to hear different opinions.
