I built WishPainted — a solo project that uses AI to turn personal photos into stylized portraits (watercolor, LEGO, Ghibli-like, and more).

It’s browser-based, no login required, and meant for creating visual keepsakes or gifts.

Happy to hear feedback, especially around image quality, UX, or style suggestions.

At first glance I thought it was just another GPT wrapper, but it’s actually great for people who just want a fast, clean way to get a good-looking photo in a specific style without messing with prompts or waiting around. I will give it a try for sure! What tech stack did you use for this app?

Tried it out just now — really smooth experience. Feels way simpler than messing with ChatGPT image plugins or figuring out prompts. I am tech guy so it is easy to create a prompt, but others might not. The styles are actually pretty polished too. This seems like a good fit for people who just want a nice-looking, personalized image without jumping through hoops.
