please update title to reflect that this is a debunking and not an actual free energy machine

(or more likely just change it back)

I think in this case it'd make sense though

The HN filters removed "really" from the title, which fundamentally changes the meaning of the title.

Or leave it as is and let it become a honeypot for people who don’t understand the laws of thermodynamics.
