Major VPN Providers Ordered to Block Pirate Sports Streaming Sites (torrentfreak.com)

I don't claim to have any great knowledge on the subject but couldn't they just use a VPN like hideme in Malaysia or one from Hong Kong?Would those countries care about French rules?
