Ask HN: Has anyone stopped paying for SaaS because of AI?

In the future where all code will be written by AI, it should be trivial to just ask AI to spin up a custom CRM solution for your business instead of configuring an off-the-shelf variety, right?

So, is anyone actually doing this? How long before it becomes a thing?

Definitely am signing up for less SaaS's now, but still using some things that LLM's cant do yet... for instance: emailoctopus.com - email service propertydealfinder.com - real estate underpriced properties per zip code scale.com - turning AI to enterprise level

and much more..

That is a good point. I know people in San Francisco who prefer taking a Waymo Robotaxi over an Uber because they don't have to deal with a driver.

And, with all the announcements from the big tech companies, I'm getting the feeling that AI software developers are here today.
