What tools are your dev teams sticking with after 6 months?

Tool churn is real in our dev org — we try lots of stuff, but few tools actually stick. Curious what dev/productivity tools your team adopted that lasted beyond the trial phase. For context, we’ve gone through Jira, Notion, and are testing monday dev now (too early to judge). Looking for tools that feel natural in dev workflows and don’t cause tool fatigue.
