Why career breaks are good for you, your employer and co-workers (rte.ie)

While I agree that breaks can be a good thing, it’s unlikely that employers and recruiters share the sentiment. I’d try to avoid gaps whenever possible to avoid having extra scrutiny.

10 year breaks? Good luck getting back to your old career.
