I’m building Harmonized AIOS — an Artificial Intelligence Operating System that connects directly with the APIs business owners already use (like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Stripe, and Notion) to offer intelligent suggestions and take action on them with a click.
Think of it as your backend cofounder: it reads your emails, tracks your calendar, checks your finances, and surfaces a daily command center of what's most important. But instead of just summarizing — it acts. Need to reply to a client? Schedule a meeting? Chase a late invoice? AIOS asks for your approval and gets it done.
Why we're building this
Running a modern small business means juggling 10+ SaaS tools. Context switching and fragmented dashboards eat up hours. AIOS pulls the signal from the noise and turns business data into daily decisions.
We are starting by integrating:
Gmail and Calendar for communication and time management
Slack for internal team sync
Notion and Trello for task management
Stripe for financial updates and actionables
More integrations are coming (e.g., Zoom, QuickBooks, Shopify, Salesforce), and we’re letting users choose what tools matter to them.
What AIOS actually does
Each morning, you get a Pulse — a dynamic brief of what’s going on in your business:
Upcoming meetings + suggested prep
Unread priority emails (and smart replies)
Financial snapshot + follow-ups
AI-suggested tasks based on goals or workflows
Click a suggestion, and AIOS executes using API permissions you've already granted.
Privacy and control
We take permissions seriously — users must explicitly grant OAuth access to each service. AIOS logs every action it takes and seeks confirmation for anything sensitive.
Our waitlist is live now, and I’d love feedback on:
Which integrations you'd want first
Where you think AI is most useful vs. dangerous in this workflow
Thanks for reading — happy to answer any technical, product, or privacy questions in the comments.
