Interestingly, the outage is not detected by https://fastmailstatus.com/
It is now. I've found that it sometimes takes a little while for an outage or interruption to register.
My "status pages" are manually updated. It's a challenge to get updates out and troubleshoot, especially depending on org size and the underlying event.

Mine is working fine, so it must not affect everyone, or is intermittent?
The message at https://fastmailstatus.com/ is that some users are unable to access Fastmail services. Wonder if that's geographic, the digital gods rolling some dice, or something else.
I did just receive a soft bounce on an outbound mail I sent that should have been a valid address. Perhaps they are having email issues, not web interface issues.
I can access Fastmail now, but the web interface did stall about 40 minutes ago when I was sending an email.
Update: seems to be back up for my team
