Volume label field can't be longer than "VolumeLabel" when formatting in Windows

It's 11 characters max. Maybe this is common knowledge but I thought it was funny. Intentional?

Just the regular ordinary DOS limitation . . .

The use of "VolumeLabel" is almost certainly a deliberate choice after much deliberation...in other words the design is so good that nobody notices and when they do they find it remarkable (as your remarks here demonstrate).
