Do the analyses account for the economic conditions? I see two citations for less jobs since 2022, but the world has changed significantly since then, not just by the introduction in generative AI. Correlation vs causation etc etc

Didn't companies inflate jobs availability to look more successful? And couldn't that now be an indication they arent smart enough to utilize AI?
