Ask HN: We are thinking about opening a Hacker Dojo like space near Boston

We intend on creating an affordable co-work environment much like Hacker Dojo. We have already narrowed down our search to a location in Davis Sq, Somerville, MA. It will be nice to know if anyone else out there had any success in promoting/starting a coworking space in a major city. Also, any locals interested in a space should drop us a line.
