Um, "clearer" is an adjective. To modify the verb "write," you nead an adverbial phrase, such as "more clearly."

In other words, in a post about how to write, you've made a basic grammatical error.

I forgot to address that point in my blog post with one more rule I follow:

Never ever ever try to satisfy people who get hung up on stupid things.
