Interesting read. I would say that this isn't something unique to the United States. It can also be said to be prevalent in the rest of the western world.
Just read this, this morning. Excellent Read. The point about these kids having no real specific skill-set when they graduate and just have a general knowledge-base like everyone else graduating in a liberal arts or business degree is a serious dilemma
