Just wait until the current US administration does something like this in an attempt to stop the brain drain.

Kuwait seems to want to keep foreigners in. The US, however, wants to keep (or get) them out... So whatever brain drain that's going to occur, I guess, will be US-ians headed elsewhere. But, these are not proper US-ians so their loss is a positive for the country, right?
