Show HN: Stop It – an iOS app using visual therapy to help break habits (stop-it.app)

I’m an indie dev and recently launched a small iOS app called Stop It. It’s designed to support people trying to quit or reduce habits like smoking, snus, sugar, or social media. The app uses bilateral visual stimulation — moving patterns inspired by EMDR therapy — to help interrupt the craving cycle and bring a moment of calm.

An example of "bilateral visual stimulation" would go a very long way towards making people want to try the app.
Thanks for the suggestion! I just added a short screen recording of the visual stimulation on the landing page!
That looks really interesting! Is there a plan for an Android or web-based version?
there is already an android version available
Good stuff! Thanks for sharing. Out of simply curiosity, did you use a multi-platform SDK for building the apps? Or just native?
heavy depends on the use case
This would probably be really useful when integrated as an automatic intermission before opening some apps like OneSec.

As a desktop browser extension I would buy this in a heartbeat.

sounds interesting! how the extension should work then?
