Funny isn't it. I'm old enough to have never left the notebook for the phone.

If I leave home without my notebook I feel sort of naked and wonder what I'll do when I want to record some thought that suddenly comes to mind.

My phone is not a substitute, by the time I start using it to record my thoughts it's already distracted me.
