Suggestion: Add a small margin to the bottom of comment pages.

I find that I'm frequently confused by the abrupt ending of comment pages. With the last comment sitting at the bottom edge of my browser, I keep having to remind myself that I'm actually at the bottom of the page, and no, there aren't any more comments if I scroll down more.

adding style="margin-bottom: 20px;" or somesuch to the top-level table element would go a long way to alleviating my confusion.

Is anyone else frustrated by this, or is it just me?
