An attempt at defining consciousness based on information theory (zenodo.org)

This paper presents a novel method of defining Consciousness by enumerating and coherently arranging it's aspects, it's based on information and complexity theory,all the terms in here are objectively and definitely defined,a major requirement of the paper is to get a refined method of measuring complexity.and there are some thought experiments at the end of it which might be of appeal to logicians
