Meta will now use AI to summarize your WhatsApp messages (neowin.net)

There needs to be a way to opt out of all AI features in apps, yesterday. Or even better: opting out of all algorithmic/recommendation/infinite feed content. I think it's time we acknowledge that it is a net negative on most people's lives.

Yes please meta, read all my messages and tell me what they say! I don’t want to have to do anything that requires cognitive effort!

The feature will be local to your device and will be disabled by default.
