Ask HN: Where to Find Kafka Folks?

Where are Kafka people congregating these days? I've come across an absolute mess of a Kafka deployment within the walls of a large customer. I expect I may find more if I start looking. Curious where I might find seasoned vets that can roll up sleeves and take ownership of wayward Kafka installs.
