Ask HN: Is any else getting the word "Sorry." while using this site?

For the last few days while using Hackernews I keep getting a response of a page with the single word "Sorry."

I get this when trying to login in, and when trying to view comments while not logged in.

I'm in Vietnam and using Brave browser on Android.

If I turn on Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 VPN, then I can log in and view comments as normal.

I saw a few, not many. From time to time dang make big updates and restart the server. I don't know the details.
