It looks like Bicha did his time for the crime. So I don’t care about his guilt anymore. He paid (still pays, via the registry) his debt to society. Author should have led instead with Bicha’s harassment of people forking open source projects. That would have rallied me. But the author’s insistent opposition to the functionary intent of the rule of law depleted my sympathies with their cause.
