Can we just donate a portion of our income directly to the billionaires? So many annoying rules in the way of that goal.

This administration has openly embraced the fossil fuel industry, even promising a quid pro quo to lobbyists last year. Its not surprising they'd remove incentives for fuel efficiency. The less miles per gallon a car gets, the more profit for oil companies.
