The mood improvement was predictable but what surprised me is the motor improvement. But it's not a silver bullet, one patient reported feeling more anxious and felt a worsening of his motor symptoms even if no such decline was measured. Another reported wanting medically assisted suicide when I would not be able to care for himself but like the researchers I don't see that as an adverse effect since it wasn't immediate suicidal ideation but a long term plan for when the inevitable happens.
