2txt: Alt text and OCR for any image in seconds (2txt.vercel.app)

I showed a few items from a few of our recent books and it wasn't entirely wrong. So definitely an improvement from the last time I tried an AI thing for this. Would still need some editing, but maybe almost good enough to be labor-saving.
