I'm old enough where

   When I was young rock stars lived fast, died young.
   Then rock stars died after years of drug and alcohol abuse.
   Now, welp he had a good life.

To give credit where it's truly due, what a tough man to keep performing, living and trying to live it up in the face of all the physical brutalities in aging. I didn't expect him to last this long.

Saw that coming with the sudden recent rise in popularity for Mr. Crowley covers.

I thought those were tributes to him passing away but then saw he was still alive, only for him to pass a few days later.
