Ask HN: Auth.js or Better-Auth?

I am new to web app development with JS/TS and Next.js. After some research I learned Auth.js and Better-Auth are two of the preferred Auth frameworks for Next.js. I am confused as to which one should I choose. Would appreciate your recommendation.
